Компания: Leading international pharmaceutical company is looking for a high potential candidate for the National Sales Manager (hospital dept) position
Требования:
Fluent English, strong experience in people management, excellent leadership, organizational, communication and presentation skills, experience with hospital segment.
Обязанности:
Develop and implement sales strategy within hospital department.
Train, motivate and lead national team of 50 people (direct/indirect reporters)
Business planning (incl. budget allocation), volume/value analysis
Increase Company’s share in federal/regional reimbursement sales.
Work with governmental authorities, work with major national pharmaceutical distributors.
Key Customers management. Tenders control.
