Обязанности:
To elaborate & ensure cost-effective sales force deployment through up Russia
To lead the process of goal setting and day-to-day performance management of the team via appropriate KPIs setting, appropriate ETMS usage and ROI analysis
To ensure prompt recruitment, product training and coaching of the team
To ensure adequate and prompt two-way communication flow between head office and the team
To create and implement regional tactical plans of educational and promotional activities
To ensure involvement of regional KOLs into company’s educational and promotional activities
To ensure close collaboration with marketing team of BU
