Requirements:
Mandatory:
Minimum 2 years of MI professional experience;
Financial or mathematical education/experience;
Excellent numerical and analytical skills;
Costs management experience;
In depth MS Excel knowledge (analytical tools);
Fluent English.

Responsibilities:
Management information analysis:
Prepare a wide range of regular analysis across various HR areas and ad hoc reporting to senior management and internal clients;
Improve and develop MI process;
Be responsible for data accuracy and timely updates and assist with data clean up;
Analyse internal customers’ requirements and determine ways to fulfil them;
Ensure the reporting adds maximum value to business and present it in a user friendly format;
Contribute to budget management and cost reduction;
Manage year end bonus and salary review process.
Payroll administration:
Own the process of payroll administration;
Accountable for collecting payroll related data and submitting them to the payroll provider;
Ensure that payroll reports are verified and reconciled;
Control of payroll records preparation and reporting to the Finance department;
Control the accuracy of payments and tax calculation in the reports to the authorities prepared by the third party on HSBC’s behalf.
