Требования:
Educational background and professional experience in the healthcare/clinical laboratory market segment.
Must have at least 3 years sales management experience. Multi-country sales experience within the medical/hospital/research sector is preferred.
Able to work independently and prepared for frequent travel within CIS and to European Company locations.
Fluent English.
Обязанности:
Develop and personally implement marketing and sales plans to ensure the continued growth of product sales, market share and profitability in the CIS in line with overall business strategy and sales & GP targets. This will be achieved primarily through the effective selection, management and development of company distributor network and the promotion of products and services to opinion leaders and end-users through distributors and company’s own sales force.
Work closely with distributors’ representatives to promote products throughout CIS and organize conversion campaigns:
Organise, supervise and assist in Sales Representative (SR’s) activities (both Distributor’s and Company’s) with respect to planning, organising and conducting individual visits, group meetings, seminars and other meetings with medical professionals.
Ensure key accounts are identified and managed in line with company’s strategy.
Set up and implement an effective sales/visits planning and reporting system.
Perform coaching sessions with individual SR`s; conduct regular appraisal of representative`s activity and performance, maintaining records of SR`s performance.
Develop close relationships with healthcare officials in order to influence healthcare policies, project funding, specifications of tenders and regulatory policies.
