Обязанности:
communications with the exchange (Asian, UK, USA Investors ) ;
development and implementation of IR strategy of the Company;
regular communications with investment community;
coordination of compliance with the policy of information disclosure;
- monitoring Company’s investor base, investor targeting;
- organization of Company’s management participation in roadshows, investment conferences, relevant industry forums;
- organization of site visits, “investor days” and other special events for investment community;
- analysis and monitoring of equity markets;
- preparation of presentations for investors;
- preparation of IR press releases;
- preparation of content for the Company web-site.
